Maximum open tickets

Dear Sir,

I am trying to reach out to you but every time a try to open a ticket it says that you have reached maximum open tickets.

Could you kindly explain what it means as it is the only way we can reach you.

We allow only 2 maximum open tickets per user, you will not able to open a new ticket until any one of the ticket is closed.
Once the issue has been resolved, we will close the ticket from our end.
In case you are unable to open a new ticket and would like to send any new message to us, you can add a reply to any one of the open tickets.
